A design proposal for an exchange facility on an island in the Seto Inland Sea.

To create a natural connection between islanders and visitors

I was conscious of creating an open "place" by approaching every direction of the site.

By raising your eyes on the open deck that approaches up the large stairs

Along with the view to the sea, it gives a sense of distance to the line of sight from the surroundings.

Spaces with different levels are united, and the daily life of the islanders and the extraordinary life of the visitors mix.

We propose a place where various exchanges and events occur while each has its own place.
